Every one is a fan of Coffee Bean and so am I. This is the reason why I am taking Coffee Bean as an example. 😋

Bean & Tea Leaf is a well-known international company. They are found in
the year of 1963 in Los Angeles, America. Since they are an international company,
they have over 10,000 employees that work under them. Coffee Bean can be found
in many countries such as Brunei, Canada, China etc.

The second one is Cosmopolitan College of Commerce & Technology.

College of Commerce & Technology is found in the year of 2004. It is a college
that allows the student to continue their studies so that they can manage to find a
job in the future. Cosmopolitan College offers many courses for students to
choose. They have lecturers who are professionally
qualified to adopt modern and structured coaching methods to provide a vibrant
learning experience to its students.

Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf

- Coffee Bean uses social media to promote their company. This is because nowadays youngsters are more into social media. Coffee Bean sees this opportunity and uses it to promote their company.
- They will offer a buy one free one section during Ramadan or during any special days.This can attract customers because many of us will think that it is a very good offer.
App
- Coffee Bean creates an app to attract customers. This is because inside the app it has a lot of promotion for the customers and there are also ways that customers can save their money on the next payment. For example like redeem points, they can redeem points by paying using the app and get discount on the next payment.
- It also allows customers to pay using their phone instead of cash. It is convenience for the customers because if they forget their wallet, they can choose to use their mobile app.
Survey
- Coffee Bean uses internet to create a survey website for the customers to comment on their service and their product. This is a very good idea so that the customers can communicate freely with the business on where they should be improving.

- Social media account allows customers to find their business easily and they use internet to upload all of the information about the college and information that student need on the internet.

- By doing this, students will not have to come from far away just to get an application form.
